04 Registration & KYC

Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. wa9999 accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the wa9999 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, video streams, data compilations and user interface design — is the intellectual property of wa9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

11.2 Termination by wa9999

wa9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.

Where an account is closed by wa9999 due to breach of Terms, any balance in the account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining verified real-money funds will be returned via the User's registered payment method.
